This way we can have complete confidence in the cars we sell.

All vehicles have a 30 day in house warranty. Any issue should be reported to Master Cars before the car is inspected by a third party.  This will invalidate the warranty

DEPOSITS

A Deposit is paid as security the buyer will accept and pay for goods.  Accordingly if the buyer is unable to go through with the contract, the seller will repudiate the contract and retain the deposit.  Once a deposit has been paid the parties are contractually bound to go through the contract

Consider purchasing vehicle local to you In the event there are problems with your vehicle we may want to inspect the vehicle to determine any liability should there be a problem returning the vehicle to us from any distance is your responsibility

DIAGNOSTIC

After delivery if a fault develops customer is liable to pay diagnostic cost to establish a failed component.

MILEAGE 

Mileages on recorders of used cars may differ from actual distances run.

Any Issues with the car should be reported in the 30 days of purchase

Refunds and Buy Backs

Buy backs will incur deduction for servicing, mileage driven after point of sale and  administration cost.

Any extra work carried out on the vehicle at request of the customer will be deducted.

When calculating refunds a deduction for mileage will be based on 60p per mile.
Example - If vehicle has done 500 mile from point of sale = 500 x 60p = a deduction of £300.00 will be made for any refund.
